Office use types may include, but not be limited to, the following uses, activities, or structures on the same site or lot: Parking for the principal use. Recreational facilities available only to the employees. Day-care facilities available only to the employees. Other uses and activities necessarily and customarily associated with the purpose and function of office use types, as determined by the Zoning Administrator. One accessory dwelling unit occupied by employees responsible for the security of the use. Construction office or trailer associated with active construction on a site. Said office or trailer must be removed from the premises within 30 days of issuance of the certificate of occupancy.
