- Uses exempt from zoning permit
The following uses may be undertaken without a zoning permit: 407.01 agricultural use on not more than 5 acres in any district allowing residential; 407.02 agricultural uses in districts where agriculture is permitted by right; 407.03 yard sales, garage sales, bazaars, flea markets by non-profits lasting no longer than 48 hours, one per month; 407.04 wayside stands for agricultural products in districts where agriculture or commercial activity is permitted by right; 407.05 home occupations in accessory building on parcels of 5+ acres associated with agricultural use; 407.06 single carport up to 256 sq ft with conditions.
