- Floor area definition for parking calculation
The term 'floor area' means the gross floor area of the specific use, measured from the exterior faces of exterior walls or from the centerline of walls separating two attached buildings.
- Fractional parking space rounding
When the units of measurements determining the number of required parking spaces results in the requirement of a fractional space, any fraction less than one-half shall be disregarded, and fractions of one-half or over one-half shall require one additional parking space.

Each off-street loading space shall have minimum dimensions of 14 feet in height, 12 feet in width, and 50 feet in length.

Upon sufficient demonstration that a particular loading space will be used exclusively by shorter trucks, the zoning administrator may reduce the minimum length accordingly to as little as 25 feet.
