Height

Chimneys, water and fire towers, church spires, domes, cupolas, cooling towers, roof signs, elevator bulkheads, smokestacks, flag poles, silos, granaries, windmills, oil derricks and similar structures and their necessary mechanical appurtenances may be erected above the height limits herein established except for those structures exceeding 200 feet in height, where prior written approval from the Federal Aviation Administration is necessary.
