- Expiration period18 months
Any temporary manufactured home permit ("permit") issued pursuant to section 5.7 shall expire 18 months after the date of issuance unless construction has commenced and is thereafter prosecuted in good faith.
- Maximum permit duration3 years
In any event, any such permit shall expire three years from the date of issuance; provided, however, that the Zoning Administrator may, for good cause shown, extend the duration of the permit beyond three years for up to two successive periods of one year each.

The Zoning Administrator may revoke any permit after ten days written notice, at any time upon a finding that construction activities have been suspended for an unreasonable time or in bad faith.
