Lighting

  • Full cutoff luminaire required

    Each outdoor luminaire subject to these outdoor lighting regulations shall be a full cutoff luminaire.

  • Lighting must be shielded from residential districts and roads

    All outdoor lighting, regardless of the amount of lumens, shall be arranged or shielded to reflect light away from adjoining residential districts and away from adjacent roads.

  • Maximum light spillover onto residential/rural roads and property0.5 fc

    The spillover of lighting from luminaires onto public roads and property in residential or rural areas zoning districts shall not exceed one-half foot candle.
