The minimum size of a manufactured home park shall be 10 acres. The maximum density of a manufactured home park shall be 6 manufactured homes per acre. The minimum lot size for each manufactured home space shall be 5,000 square feet. Each manufactured home shall be located not less than 20 feet from any street line. Each manufactured home shall be located not less than 10 feet from any lot line of the manufactured home park. Each manufactured home shall be located not less than 20 feet from any other manufactured home. Each manufactured home shall be located not less than 10 feet from any accessory building or structure. Each manufactured home lot shall be provided with water supply and sewer system connections, as required by section 4.1.
