The home occupation shall be accessory to a principal dwelling on the same lot. The home occupation shall be conducted entirely within the principal dwelling or within an accessory building on the same lot. The home occupation shall be conducted by a person residing in the principal dwelling. The home occupation shall not employ more than 1 person who does not reside in the principal dwelling.
