Energy facilities shall be permitted only as authorized by special use permit under section 33.5, and shall comply with the following requirements: a. The energy facility shall be located on a lot of not less than 10 acres. b. The energy facility shall be located not less than 500 feet from any residential district. c. The energy facility shall be located not less than 1,000 feet from any school, hospital, or other sensitive use.
