Personal wireless service facilities shall be designed and installed so as to minimize visual impact, including the use of stealth technology or other approved concealment measures. Personal wireless service facilities shall comply with the height limitations of the district in which they are located, except as otherwise provided in this ordinance. Personal wireless service facilities shall comply with the setback requirements of the district in which they are located, except as otherwise provided in this ordinance.
