From the ordinance
Temporary events sponsored by local nonprofit organizations shall be permitted in any zoning district, subject to the issuance of a temporary permit by the zoning administrator, and shall comply with the following requirements: a. The temporary event shall be sponsored by a local nonprofit organization, as defined by the Internal Revenue Service. b. The temporary event shall be held for not more than 3 consecutive days.
