From the ordinance
Temporary construction headquarters and temporary construction yards shall be permitted in any zoning district, subject to the issuance of a temporary permit by the zoning administrator, and shall comply with the following requirements: a. The temporary construction headquarters or temporary construction yard shall be located on the same lot as the construction project or on a lot adjacent to the construction project. b. The temporary construction headquarters or temporary construction yard shall be removed upon completion of the construction project.
