Drive-in theatres shall be permitted only as authorized by special use permit under section 33.5, and shall comply with the following requirements: a. The drive-in theatre shall be located on a lot of not less than 10 acres. b. The drive-in theatre shall be located not less than 500 feet from any residential district. c. The drive-in theatre shall be located not less than 1,000 feet from any school, hospital, or other sensitive use.
