Density
- Gross residential area definition
Gross residential area means the total area of land and water within a residential development.
- Net residential area definition
Net residential area means that area of land and water within a development designed for residential purposes and unoccupied by streets, open space or parking areas, provided that individual private driveways accessory to residential uses shall not be considered streets or parking areas. Net residential area as defined here does not apply to comprehensive plan net residential area designations.
