Interior lot means any lot other than a corner lot.

Lot means a parcel of land either shown on a plat of record or described by metes and bounds or other legal description.
- Lot of record definition
Lot of record means a lot shown on a subdivision plat or other lawful plat or legal description which is lawfully recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County.
Nonconforming lot means a lawful lot of record existing on the effective date of the zoning regulations applicable to the district in which the lot is located, that does not comply with section 4 and the minimum applicable size, frontage, width, building site or other lot requirements of that zoning district.
