Density
- Gross residential density definition
Gross residential density means the total number of dwelling units within a development divided by the gross residential area and expressed in dwelling units per acre.
- Net residential density definition
Net residential density means the total number of dwelling units within a development divided by the net residential area and expressed in dwelling units per acre. Net residential density as defined here does not apply to comprehensive plan net residential density designations.
