Design
- Stepback
Minimum stepback requirements for any story that begins above 40 feet in height or for each story above the third story, whichever is less, as provided in section 4.20.

PD-SC districts shall be located in areas served by both public water and sewer systems; neighborhood shopping centers may use alternative systems.
- Underground utilities
All utility lines are to be placed underground where practical.

No construction activity including grading or clearing of vegetation shall occur closer than 20 feet to any residential or rural areas district.
