One large street tree shall be required for every 50 feet of street frontage, or portion thereof, if 25 feet or more. Where permitted, one medium shade tree shall be required for every 40 feet of road frontage, or portion thereof, if 20 feet or more. Large street trees shall be 1½ inches to 1¾ inches minimum caliper... Medium street trees shall be one inch to 1¼ inches minimum caliper... Shrubs shall be a minimum of 12 inches in height when planted. Shrubs shall be in a single row planted five feet on center.
