No site plan required for: single-family detached dwelling on lot with not more than two dwellings if lot has public street frontage, or one dwelling unit on lot without public street frontage; two-family dwelling on lot not occupied by other dwellings; accessory structures to single-family or two-family dwellings; agricultural activity; certain changes in use unless additional parking or ingress/egress required; religious assembly with assembly of not more than 200 persons.
