Lighting
- Exceptions to lighting requirements
This section shall apply to all properties, residential and non-residential, with the exception of outdoor lighting for civic uses; roadways, airports, temporary entertainment events, construction, and agricultural activities. In addition, this section shall not apply to emergency lighting or lighting activated by motion sensor devices.
- Prevention of light spillage and glare
All outdoor lighting shall be designed, located, aimed, and maintained in a manner that prevents excessive light spillage and glare on adjacent properties, neighboring areas, or motorists.
