• Best management practices

  Confined fin-fish operations shall be conducted in accord with current best management practices without the use of unapproved pharmaceuticals, preventative antibiotics administered in the absence of infection, or growth hormones.

  Confined fin-fish operations producing 1,000,000 pounds or more per year of whole fish or the processing of 500,000 pounds or more of whole fish per year will require a conditional use permit in the agricultural zoning district.
