All outdoor lighting shall be designed, located, aimed, and maintained in a manner that prevents excessive light spillage and glare on adjacent properties, neighboring areas, or motorists.

All outdoor lighting shall be designed, located, aimed, and maintained in a manner that prevents excessive light spillage and glare on adjacent properties, neighboring areas, or motorists. This section shall apply to all properties, residential and non-residential, with the exception of outdoor lighting for civic uses; roadways, airports, temporary entertainment events, construction, and agricultural activities.
