Permitted and conditional uses are listed for each district. Conditional uses include uses for which a conditional use permit or a special use permit, also known as a special exception, is required. Any use that is not listed as permitted or conditional is prohibited in such district, except in the case of the agricultural district, the BZA may deem a use to be clearly similar and compatible with the uses listed in the agricultural district regulations, in which case the use may be allowed if a special use permit/special exception is issued.
