Noise
- Noise attenuation for 60-65 DNL
All new residential development within the 60-65 DNL noise contour shall be constructed with noise attenuation measures sufficient to achieve an interior noise level of 45 DNL or less.
- Prohibition of residential within 65 DNL
No new residential development shall be permitted within the 65 DNL noise contour of the airport.

All property within the airport safety zones shall be subject to an aviation easement, to be recorded with the deed.

From the ordinance
No structure shall be erected, altered, or maintained, and no tree shall be allowed to grow, in any zone created by this division to a height in excess of the applicable height limit herein established for such zone.
