Floodplain

The Town Engineer may require the applicant to provide elevation and flood profiles, based on a 100-year floodplain, sufficient to demonstrate the land to be completely free of the danger of floodwater at an elevation of at least one foot below any probable floor level of any structure for human occupancy.
