  Must be located at least 2,000 linear feet from the property line of any public or private school (pre-K through Grade 12);

  This zoning restriction does not apply to grocery stores, gas stations or pharmacies where greater than 75% of sales are nonrecreational substances.

  Hours of operation shall be limited to 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday;
