  Residuals repositories shall be a minimum distance of 2,000 from any residence.

  The operator shall provide a 24-hour surveillance system that continuously monitors and controls entry onto the facility.

• Use permit required

  All hazardous waste facility projects require a Use Permit pursuant to Article 15.04.806 (Use Permits).
