- Exterior character must be preserved
The exterior appearance of a structure housing a bed and breakfast establishment shall not be altered from its original single-unit character.
- Maximum rooms without permit2 rooms
No more than two rooms shall be rented unless the right to rent additional rooms is granted by an administrative use permit.

Meals and rental of bedrooms shall be limited to registered guests. Separate or additional kitchens for guests are prohibited.

Bed and breakfast establishments shall be located, developed, and operated in compliance with the following standards, where allowed by the 200 Series, Base Zoning Districts
