Signs Allowed in All Residential Districts: Permanent wall signs on single-family and two-family buildings, total area not exceed one square foot per building (two for duplex), projection not exceed six inches. Freestanding signs on developed residential lot, total area not exceed one and one-half square feet per lot, height not exceed 6 feet.
