From the ordinance
General construction noise shall be limited to weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pile driving and similar loud activities shall be limited to weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. General construction noise on projects repairing, renovating, or adding to residential structures with one to five dwelling units shall be limited to the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays.
