The maximum height of freestanding light fixtures in parking lots serving multi-family or non-residential uses shall be 20 feet or 15 feet if within 20 feet of an RL1 or RL2 zoning district, but within industrial zoning districts, the maximum height of freestanding light fixtures, including security light, is 25 feet.
