- Conditions may be imposed
In granting any conditional use permit, the planning commission may impose such conditions and requirements as are deemed necessary to carry out the purposes of this title and to protect the public health, safety, and welfare. Such conditions may include, but are not limited to, the following: A. Limitations on the manner in which the use may be conducted... B. Requirements for screening, fencing, or landscaping... C. - Findings required for approval
The planning commission shall not grant a conditional use permit unless it makes all of the following findings: A. The proposed use is consistent with the general plan... B. - Lapse of permit
If no time limit is established as provided under paragraph A (11) of Section 18.72.140 or Section 18.72.210, Section 18.34.140 shall govern.

Following the denial or revocation of a conditional use permit, no application for a conditional use permit for the same or substantially the same conditional use on the same or substantially the same site shall be filed within one year from the date of denial or revocation of such conditional use permit.
