  Ground mounted freestanding citizens band and amateur radio transmitting and receiving antennas, intended for private, noncommercial use accessory to the dwelling shall not exceed an overall height of fifty (50) feet above grade.

  Roof-mounted satellite antennas shall be strictly prohibited in all residential zone districts unless otherwise provided for in Section 10203(K) 2(a)(1).
