Lighting

    All lighting for agricultural event centers shall be consistent with the Rural Design Guidelines for Placer County and shall be Dark-Sky compliant as specified by the International Dark-Sky Association.

Noise

From the ordinance

A community center, commercial event center and agricultural event center shall provide parking at a ratio of one parking space for each two and one-half guests allowed on-site and one parking space for each permanent employee. Minimum parcel sizes: small agricultural event center 10 acres, intermediate 20 acres, large 40 acres. All outdoor activities (except parking) minimum 200 feet from exterior property lines. Maximum event sizes: 100, 200, 400 guests. 26 events per year. Agricultural revenue $1,000/acre/year, max $40,000. Hours 10am-10pm Fri/Sat, 10am-8pm Sun-Thu. Noise stop at 7:30pm or reduce to 20 dB.
