- Location of housing unit
An allowed caretaker or employee housing unit shall be located on the same lot as the principal use needing the housing. In commercial/industrial zones, attached unit on second floor or rear half; detached unit behind main building or rear half of lot.
- Removal time after principal use ceases45 days
Upon termination of the principal use, the unit shall be removed (or converted) within 45 days.
