From the ordinance
For all areas outside the PCCP boundary (Chapter 19, Section 19.10.050) all proposed structures shall be set back from any stream, creek, canal, pond, lake or river, as follows. The watercourse setbacks required by this subsection shall be measured from the centerline of the stream.
