- Drive-in and drive-thru sales conditions
Drive-in and drive-thru sales are allowed as part of a Mixed-Use Development under the following provisions: the building cannot be the only commercial use on the site; and the building is no larger than 1,500 square feet.
- Restaurant in office-professional zone conditions
Restaurant and bar uses incidental and accessory to an office use shall be allowed only if: the office building has 20,000 sq ft or more of leaseable space; the principal entrance is from inside the office building; and the floor area of the restaurant shall not exceed 1,000 sq ft or 15% of the total floor area, whichever is greater.
