Seasonal snow tunnel structures shall not be erected prior to October 1st, nor shall they remain in place after May 1st of any year.

Snow tunnel materials shall be stored properly only within the residential structure, within an approved accessory structure, underneath a residential structure, or unobtrusively within an area screened by a solid wood fence and/or vegetation.
