Signage

  No election campaign signs shall be posted until the responsible person or organization first deposits $200 with the elections division of the county clerk/recorder/registrar department to guarantee removal of the signs as required by this section.

• Election sign setbackSetbackThe distance a building must be held back from a lot line.

  Election campaign signs shall be prohibited within any public right-of-way. Meet the setback requirements of Sections 17.54.170(E) and 17.54.170(A)(1)(c).

• Election sign time limits

  Election campaign signs may be posted no sooner than 60 days before the applicable election, and shall be removed from public view no later than 21 days after such election.
