From the ordinance

"Farm stay" means a bed and breakfast lodging that: (1) has not more than six guest rooms nor accommodates more than 15 guests; (2) provides overnight transient accommodations; (3) serves food only to its registered guests and serves meals at any time, with respect to which the price of food is included in the price of the overnight transient occupancy accommodation; (4) where lodging and meals are incidental and not the primary function of the use; and (5) the structure is located on and is part of, a farm that produces agricultural products as its primary source of income.
