Lot

From the ordinance
"Flag lot" (land use) means a lot which contains the necessary dimensions as required by the zone district in which it is located but which does not have direct frontage on a road or street, and which is connected to a road or street by a narrow fee ownership appendage (not over 400 feet in length nor less than 20 feet in width) that is primarily used to provide access to the building site on the lot.
