Enactment Of Ordinance Codified In This Part

120.00 Enactment#

The ordinance codified in this part shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after date of its passage and shall within fifteen (15) days from the date of its passage be published in the said City of Needles, State of California, together with the names of the members of the city council voting for and against same. (Ord. 427-AC)
