3.07.010 - Enumerated duties transferred.#

The duties of collecting special assessments and making disbursements to bond and coupon holders for the assessment proceedings being conducted by the City Council of the City of Monte Sereno pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 178, adopted February 18, 1964, as now or hereafter modified, identified in said Resolution of Intention No. 178 as Tract No. 3393, Loma Serena Subdivision, and performing all incidental acts in connection therewith, as provided in that certain Agreement heretofore submitted to the County pursuant to Resolution No. 143-D are hereby transferred to the County Treasurer of the County of Santa Clara and to any other Officer of said County, such duties included therein as provided by law. Said County Treasurer is hereby authorized to receive and collect all assessment payments and to disburse same to the bond holders upon presentation of the proper coupons therefor, without further action by this Council.
