2.24.010 - Established.#
Pursuant to Section 700 of the Charter of the city, there is established a board of zoning adjustment.

2.24.020 - Composition.#
The planning commission, in addition to its other powers and duties, shall serve as the board of zoning adjustment and the relocation appeals board.
