§ 154.035 - Generally.#
(A) For the purpose of this chapter, the incorporated area of the town is hereby divided into the following zoning districts:

| B-1 | Business |
| B-2 | Business |
| M-1 | Industrial |
(B) Although the state has designed a Historic District within the town, it is not a separate zoning district and a floodplain overlay does exist (see Chapter 152 of this Code of Ordinances for details).
