§ 110-1201 Conflict with other laws.#
Wherever the requirements of these regulations are at variance with the requirements of any other lawfully adopted statutes, rules, regulations, or ordinances, the most restrictive or that imposing the higher standards, shall govern.
§ 110-1202 Severability.#
Each phrase, sentence, paragraph, section, or other provision of these regulations is severable from all other such phrases, sentences, paragraphs, sections, and provisions. Should any phrase, sentence, paragraph, section or provision of these regulations be declared by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, such declaration shall not affect any other portion or provision of these regulations.
§ 110-1203 Repealed resolutions and ordinances.#
These regulations are a comprehensive enactment of all the resolutions and ordinances of the Elkton Council relating to zoning and subdivision regulations. All prior ordinances affecting zoning and subdivision regulations are hereby repealed.
§ 110-1204 Effective date; copies on file.#
These regulations shall take effect and be in force from and after 12:01 a.m., December 18, 1989. A certified copy of the foregoing Land Development Regulations of the Town of Elkton shall be filed in the office of the Zoning Administrator and in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Elkton, Virginia.
