Sec. 10-1. - Definitions.#

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Pool room means any structure under one roof regardless of the number of rooms interconnecting therein, where three-fourths or more of the floor space of any room therein is occupied by pool or billiard tables and the equipment attendant thereto.

Sec. 10-2. - Persons under 18 not allowed in public places of amusement.#

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person under 18 years of age to frequent, loiter or play in a pool room.

(b) It shall be unlawful for any owner, operator, or manager of a pool room to allow any person under 18 years of age to frequent, play in or loiter in such place.
